Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit, as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This includes being unwashed, free of any scents/ perfumes/deodorants, and free of makeup and fake tan.
- We do NOT offer refunds on items processed through Afterpay
- We do NOT offer returns on gift cards or sale items.
- Every piece is internally checked before being sent to customers, in the unlikely event of a faulty item please contact info@elevateapparel.au immediately with photos.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elevateapparel.au . To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned and reach our facility within 14 days of receiving the item. Elevate Apparel will not be responsible for items returned beyond this period.
- Please include your original order number, the name and style of the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return. You will be required to pay for the return shipping cost.
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. defective or incorrect item).
- If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- We recommend that you use a trackable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted for any of the following:
• Stretched to fit after purchasing incorrect sizing causing seams to fray or rip;
• Fake tan and makeup damage
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For health & hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on men’s or women’s underwear or socks.
